Reliant Steel Construction was appointed as the Steel Contractor for the prestigious SLS Residence, a luxury residential tower located in the iconic Palm Jumeirah. The scope covered the structural steel works for the floor slabs on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th floors, where precision and performance were paramount due to the architectural requirements.

Our responsibilities included: Preparation of detailed Steel Shop Drawings & Structural Detailing Coordination with the Authority for steel design approval Fabrication & Erection of the steel floor slabs on site

The project demanded advanced technical coordination, especially with the integration of cantilever slabs, which required meticulous structural planning to achieve the architectural vision while maintaining full compliance with Dubai’s authority codes.

To ensure safety and code compliance, all structural steel elements were treated with fireproof coatings, making them fully suitable for residential use in accordance with UAE fire safety standards.
