Scope of Work: Structural Steel Design, Supply & Installation

Reliant Steel Construction was appointed as the Steel Contractor for the structural steel extension of an existing luxury villa located within the prestigious Jumeirah Golf Estates community. The scope focused on seamlessly integrating the new structural addition with the existing architecture using a customized steel solution.

Our responsibilities included:
Preparation of detailed steel drawings and structural detailing
Coordination with Authorities for steel design approval
Fabrication and full erection of the steel structure on site

The project required precise planning and execution to ensure that the extension maintained the structural integrity and aesthetic harmony of the original villa. All works were carried out under strict compliance with local authority standards and site coordination protocols.
