Scope of Work: Structural Steel Design, Supply & Installation including Cladding

Reliant Steel Construction was selected as the Steel Contractor for the construction of a Wheat Storage Warehouse in the desert region of Maleeha, Sharjah. The project included the design, fabrication, and installation of the steel structure and full cladding system for the facility.

Our scope of work covered:
Development of detailed steel structural and shop drawings
Authority coordination for approvals
Fabrication and on-site erection of all steel and cladding components

A unique challenge in this project was the extreme desert environment, characterized by high wind conditions. As part of the design strategy, we engineered:

A structure capable of withstanding desert wind loads
Special 7-meter-wide steel doors, designed to open and close with ease while maintaining stability and strength under wind pressure
