Hatta Farm House

Reliant Steel Construction served as the Steel Contractor for a uniquely designed Farm House project in Hatta, known for its blend of natural materials and modern structural aesthetics. The project involved the design, supply, and installation of a custom steel structure to support a full-perimeter bamboo canopy surrounding the villa.



Scope of responsibilities included:

Preparation of detailed steel drawings and fabrication-ready detailing
Authority coordination for design approvals specific to unique material finishes
Erection of the steel framework integrated with bamboo cladding design



The project’s main challenge — and highlight — was achieving a fluid, seamless steel structure that wrapped around the entire villa. This structural framework was carefully engineered to support the bamboo cladding without visible interruptions, resulting in a natural yet engineered finish that enhances the farm house’s serene setting.
