Scope of Work: Structural Steel Design, Supply & Installation

Reliant Steel Construction was appointed as the Steel Contractor for a G+2 Heavy Equipment Storage Store in Jebel Ali. The project involved the complete structural steel design, fabrication, and erection for a multi-level warehouse specifically engineered to support heavy equipment storage.

Scope of responsibilities included:
Development of detailed steel structural drawings and fabrication detailing
Coordination with Authorities to obtain approvals for structural design
Erection of the entire steel structure on site

The facility was uniquely designed to withstand load capacities of up to 2 tons/m² across all floors — a key structural challenge that required precise calculations, advanced material specifications, and flawless execution.
