Reliant Steel Construction was appointed as the Steel Contractor for the high-security and high-precision DEWA Data Centre located in Jebel Ali. The scope of the project included the complete steel structural system, supporting a design that required absolute precision and performance due to the critical nature of the facility.

Our responsibilities included:
Development of full steel drawings and shop detailing
Coordination with regulatory authorities to obtain design approvals
Fabrication and erection of all structural steel elements on site

One of the standout challenges was engineering the smooth transition between the 2-floor and 3-floor sections of the structure. This required advanced structural design to ensure stability, while also accommodating the architectural requirement of a seamless exterior clad in standing seam panels.

The design demanded flawless integration between structural steelwork and cladding systems, ensuring visual continuity without compromising on load-bearing efficiency or long-term durability.
