Al Barrari Villa (B+G+1+R)

Reliant Steel Construction was appointed as the Steel Contractor for a premium villa project located in the lush and exclusive Al Barrari community. The project involved the structural steel design and execution for multiple cantilevered canopies extending around the entire villa, which spans a Basement + Ground + First + Roof configuration.



Our deliverables included:

Full steel structural drawings and shop detailing
Authority coordination to ensure approval of all steel design components
On-site fabrication and erection of steel elements integrated into the villa’s framework



The standout element of this project was the creation of 15 to 20-meter cantilever canopies, designed with high precision to ensure:



Seamless architectural integration with the villa’s modern design
Structural compatibility with the existing concrete framework without imposing excessive weight



This required intelligent engineering to balance aesthetics with performance — ensuring the steel structure remained lightweight yet capable of spanning significant distances without visible support.
